This is the age when your child is like a sponge. They pick up on everything. At Mount Pilot CEC, your child will be introduced to the High Scope curriculum. This program is a great teaching guide that involves the parents in the learning process. The toddlers will be exposed to the letters of the alphabet, shapes, colors, and introduced to Spanish words. Your child will have an opportunity each day for art, building with blocks, manipulative play, dramatic play (dress up) and outdoor activities weather permitting.
At this age, your child will enjoy more independence with a teacher child ratio of 1 :10.
